Hello Farmer LLC
Welcome to Hello Farmer LLC! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional environment for all participants, we’ve established the following rules and regulations. By participating in our market, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
General Rules
- All vendors must occupy a 10×10 space and their tents must be white in size.
- All vendors must be set up by 9am. They can enter at 8am. After 9am, no one can enter.
- All vendors must enter the market area, unload, leave, and park in the area assigned to vendors.
- No vendor can leave the market before 2pm.
- All vendors must bring their respective permits. Agriculture, Health Department, and Seller Permit each week.
- Vendors must park in the assigned area.
- The market may audit any vendor if they receive complaints from customers or notice products in poor condition.
- All vendors must have their permits and insurance on hand in case of any visits from the Agriculture Department, Health Department, or California Tax and Fee.
- All sellers must pay $2 as a direct fee to the Department of Agriculture.
- All those selling hot food must install a mesh that covers the entire perimeter of their store to prevent flies.
- The use of charcoal is strictly prohibited.
